Breaking changes

  • The postgres.mode, redis.mode and clickhouse.mode parameters must now be set explicitly in ModuleConfig; the module settings version is 2. Without these parameters, the module will not upgrade and its release will remain Pending
  • If PostgreSQL and Redis previously used the default deployment mode, set postgres.mode: internal and redis.mode: internal before upgrading
  • ClickHouse is introduced in this release. To keep running without ClickHouse, set clickhouse.mode: external and leave clickhouse.host empty; to install it, explicitly select internal or managed

  • Secrets from additionalImagePullSecrets are added to the agent pod

Security updates

  • Containers of backend, frontend, PostgreSQL, Redis, workers, and agent drop all Linux capabilities

Upgrade notes

  • When connecting an external ClickHouse instance (clickhouse.mode: external with a non-empty clickhouse.host), create the database before the upgrade: the module applies schema migrations but does not create the database
