The module lifecycle stage: Preview

The module has requirements for installation

How do I check that a RabbitMQ instance is ready?

The instance is ready when all conditions of its Rabbit object are True. To wait for readiness, run the following command:

d8 k -n <NAMESPACE> wait rabbit/<NAME> --for=condition=LastValidConfigurationApplied --timeout=10m

The meaning of each condition is described in the user guide.

How do I connect to RabbitMQ?

Use the d8ms-rmq-<NAME> Service and the credentials from the d8ms-rmq-<NAME>-user-secret Secret, where <NAME> is the Rabbit object name. The ports and the URI format are described in the user guide.

Which RabbitMQ version does the module deploy?

The module deploys RabbitMQ 4.3.5.

How do I change the settings of a RabbitClass?

A RabbitClass cannot be changed. Create a new class and set its name in the spec.rabbitClassName parameter of the Rabbit objects. The steps are described in the administrator guide.
